Description

I am representing a main fit out contractor based in London who are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager for their Tesco Framework.

Contracts Manager
Full time permanent position
London based sites and all staff work from home with equipment provided
Managing 3-5 projects at a time which involve varying levels of refurbishment to Tesco Express stores
Strong Microsoft Projects and Excel skills required as this is a central pillar to the role
Joinery or carpentry background preferred with history of working on similar shopfitting jobs on a permanent basis with clients such as Tesco, Sainsbury's, McDonald's, Asda, Lidl, Aldi etc
Heavy emphasis on commercial and client-facing element of role

Salary:
£55,000-£60,000 plus package including pension, private healthcare, generous annual leave entitlement and more
