Simplifying Cleaning is a family owned cleaning business located in North East Lincolnshire.

Job description
We are looking for someone to join our team and serve one of our clients properties. You will be working on a 5 day rolling rota with every
3rd Sunday off and No Saturdays

If you're scheduled to work the Sunday you will be given an additional day off during the working week
The working hours are as follows.

Staff Member hours each day 7.5 Hours per week
Staff Member hours each day 7.5 Hours per week
Staff Member working between 1 and 1.5 hours per day, 6 Hours per week
There would also be an expectation to provide cover should one of your team members be on annual leave or sickness
Start times: Mon-Fri 6:00pm and Sunday 4pm (Start times could be later if required)

Main responsibilities and tasks

The duties of the post holder will usually include the following:

To be responsible for all cleaning within the building
To follow a cleaning plan and use the correct cleaning products provided
Vacuum cleaning hard and soft floors
Following colour coding guidelines
Cleaning toilets including tap fittings and surrounds etc.
Undertake occasional wall washing or inside window pane cleaning, washing/polishing door glass.
Emptying & cleaning waste bins
Replenishing consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) as required
Checking and closing windows, switching off lights & unsetting / setting an alarm
Reporting defects / hazards as required
Acting as a keyholder for our client (This does not include any call outs)
Such other duties as may be allocated

This will be a fast paced working environment, with attention to detail being a must

Cleaning plans/schedules must be adhered too and areas cleaned to a very high standard.
