Morgan Philips are working with a company in Middlesex who are searching for a Senior HR Business Partner with experience in Pharma to join them paying up to £90,000 pa plus great benefits and a hybrid working pattern.

This role will initially be for 6 monthswith the possibility of an extension.

The role of Senior HR Business Partner will be to support the Development function and Business Unit Leadership teams to achieve their business goals through providing HR strategies and initiatives across all areas including: resourcing, talent management &succession planning, organisational development, change management, employee relations and compensation.

You will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer in a constantly transforming and changing environment to ensure that all ER issues around consultations,headcount issues and general BAU are dealt with effectively.

Whilst strong change and transformation experience is essential for this role, this role will be more about being reactive in a changing environment.

This role will be suitable for a senior HR Business Partner who ideally has a background in Pharma or a similar regulated industry.

You will have strong stakeholder skills gained form working closely with senior leadership teams, managing projects, change &transformation but should also have demonstrable recent transactional exposure too.
