Description

We are seeking an individual with customer service experience to work as a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) in the Forth Valley area.

Our Tenant Liaison Officers ensure high levels of service are provided to tenants of properties in which we are scheduled to complete electrical work i.e.

electrical testing, partial and full rewires. The TLO arranges appointments directly with tenants and communicates with the administrative staff.

The TLO ensures the tenant is made aware of details of work to be carried out, who will be carrying it out and what disruption they are likely to face.

The TLO is a point of contact for the tenant whilst the works are being carried out and is responsible for maintaining contact with the tenant after the works have been completed to ensure they are fully satisfied with all aspects of the service they have received.

Communication with tenants will be mainly face to face so applicants must be comfortable with this.

Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
The ability to work with mínimal supervision
Clean driving licence

Rate negotiable dependant on experience
