We are currently looking for Nightshift Food Production Operatives to join our client based in Glasgow on an on going temporary basis.


This role will be starting ASAP own transport is essential

The role will involve:


  • You will start your night working on the bread and rolls production line
  • Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
  • Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
  • Recommend recipes to renew our menu and attract more customers (e.g. glutenfree or vegan desserts)
  • Label all food items inline with food safety protocols

For this role you will need to have the following skills and abilities:

  • Previous baker or bakery assistant experience is essential
  • Have your own transport due to start and finish times
  • Have good communication skills

Hours

  • 5 days over OT available
  • Start times: Midnight or 0100 (Between 7 or 8 hour shift)

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
