Description

The post holder will work closely with the Infection Prevention and Control Team and the Lead for Infection Prevention and Control, and other members of the administrative team to provide an efficient and effective service.

In addition, the post holder will be required to work autonomously, managing their work duties with mínimal supervision, making decision and prioritising work for the team

To be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the team's administrative services.

To organise, attend and record minutes of meetings as required.

Where directed arranges meetings/interviews, compiles agendas, produce minutes and progresses action from minutes as required.

Arranging appointments for team members, diary management of team and booking rooms.

Ensure accurate filing systems and timely retrieval of all documentation throughout the department.

Managing the Infection Prevention and Control mailbox.


Post holder to produce, monitor and update the Infection Prevention & Control audit dashboard with the use of Microsoft Excel.
