What does the role involve?


Working in our Orders Team and reporting into the Customer Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing customers company car and salary sacrifice vehicle orders ensuring a smooth end to end customer experience.


As a Customer Service Executive, you'll receive
industry-leading training through our Customer First programme and our
accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy.

Working as part of a small team, you'll use your newly-gained knowledge and skills to delight customers whilst helping with a wide variety of queries and requests.


Attendance of the Newbury office will be required for the first month to ensure for robust training and to allow you to get to grips with the ethos of Novuna and how we work.

Following initial training, the role will then adapt a hybrid approach with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.


Some of your key duties will include:

  • Analysing and Processing vehicle orders to ensure everything is correct and as it should be
  • Communicating with internal and external customers via inbound and outbound calls, to ensure all relevant detail is obtained
  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure we are providing an amazing customer experience
What are we looking for?

You are a self-motivated individual with a great attention for detail. You have great communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside a driven and enthusiastic team.

Also, we're looking for the following:

  • IT literate and comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive cando attitude and ability to work on own initiative
  • A background in customer service or administration
