We are currently working with a key client located in Birmingham who are looking to appoint a trust payroll assistant to join them on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.


Role:
Payroll Assistant

Type:
Permanent (Full Time - All Year(Not term time only))

To Start:

ASAP

Salary:
£25,000-30,000 per Annum


The role is working for a Multi Academy Trust that currently looks after 12 schools within the midlands and will be increasing to 13 schools next year.


You will be based out of their head office in Birmingham, with a hybrid role, working from home and in the office.


The trust are looking for someone who will operate in close conjunction with the head of payroll, liaising between the payroll bureau and the different schools.

You will needs good word and excel skills and should be keen to learn.

The role of our Trust Payroll Assistant requires:
Experience of working in an office environment
To be systems literate with good excel skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with colleagues of all levels, in addition to external contacts
Ability to work effectively within a team and also on own initiative
Keen to learn and ability to complete CIPP apprenticeship
