Description

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic carpenter / bench joiner able to deliver a high quality finish.

The job will involve the following:

Carrying out a site survey, including taking measurements
Ability to read drawings for the construction projects in the works and onsite
Experience in operating various machinery
The job will involve working in the workshop and also onsite (often London but can also be other parts of the country), this can be for periods of 1 to 2 weeks

- the applicant must be able to undertake specific instructions and work at a fast pace while keeping attention to detail.

Must be able to work on own initiative but also as part of a team
The applicant is required to hold a valid Driving Licence
Security vetting may be required for working in some of the venues.
Good communication skills are crucial as dealing with our customers on site in a professional manner is of the upmost importance to us.
Previous experience in this type of Industry is beneficial but not a requirement of the job
Hourly rate depending on experience of applicant
Workshop hours are either 8.00am 3.30pm or 5.30pm depending on workload. Site hours as required to meet requirements of the project
