About our client

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading real estate investment platform who manage over £1bn AUM (transacted over the last 5 years) and who have completed over 300 deals since inception.

They invest into operational Real Estate Asset classes and haveperformed exceptionally well growing their presence across the UK real estate market.

With a lean team structure and with plenty of room for progression, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive business looking to hire a senior figure head whocan originate as well as capital raise.

What the job involves:

Demonstrate the ability to be able to generate attractive investment opportunities that are in line with the business strategy
Adopt a 'triage' approach to prioritising/recommending assessment of agency led deal opportunities for approval by the CIO.
Act as the main point of contact for sale agents and conclude commercial term negotiations direct with principals including on Heads of Terms with input from the Head of Transactions.
Seek input from Asset Management, Hotels, or Pubs as appropriate on any Development related or marketspecialist questions
Conduct a robust assessment of selected opportunities including but not limited to; assessment of the occupier and investment market for that class of asset; reversionary and repositioning potential; a detailed financial analysis.
Prepare an investment case for proposed acquisitions and present recommendations to the Investment Committee for consideration/approval.

Who we are looking for:

An experienced Real Estate investor with a transaction history across Europe and the UK
A track record originating and executing deals across the full property life cycle
Proven financial analytical skills and ability to build financial models
A keen interest in Real Estate as a specialization
Degree from a leading business school or engineering school
