£40,000 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Progression + Training

Fantastic opportunity for a Design Manager to join an industry leading construction company working on a variety of residential and commercial developments.

Do you have design experience within the residential sector? Are you looking to progress your career to Design Manager? On offer is the chance to join an industry leading construction company operating at the forefront of their market.

This company specialisein the design, development and delivery of residential schemes whilst actively looking to grow the commercial sector of their business.

The company itself have grown rapidly over the last 10 years and are looking at expanding multiple areas of the business.

Their key clients include social housing developments and public bodies but are starting to explore the education and healthcare sector as new verticals within their business.

You will be working on a large housing scheme to begin with and then moving over to some of the commercial work, with projects going up to £30 million in value

As a Design Manager you will be responsible for the design and build contracts, coordinating the design information from architects and engineers and making sure planning conditions are discharged.

You will also be required to make sure sectional agreementsare arranged, incoming services are organised and report directly into the pre development director.

This role would therefore ideally suit someone with design experience in the residential sector and looking to join a highly reputable construction company who are offering a great package and opportunities to progress your career

The Role:

Design & Build contracts
Coordinating design information
Working on projects up to £30 million in value

The Person:

Design experience in the residential sector
Local to Tamworth
Hold a full UK driving license
