BBS Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced Admin / Clerical in a temporary to permanent position for our client in Tower Hamlets Homes, London.
Job Purpose an Admin / Clerical:
To provide an efficient and comprehensive support service that will ensure the smooth running of all duties related to Property Services.
Key Accountabilities an
Admin / Clerical:
To organise and execute strategic and operational meetings for Property Services management team.
This includes sending invitations, sourcing dates and venues, refreshments and ensuring all aspects of arranging these meetings are carried out.
Undertake and co-ordinate the delivery of all internal and external correspondences to all THH stakeholders. This includes report through BOXi to identify our residents' addresses and absent landlords.Responsible for keeping and updating a record of reported defects through our IT systems.
Carry out a full range of support and administrative tasks as directed by Line management including recording all types of record keeping, archiving, filing, scanning of documents, office coverage, answering of telephones, ICT requests, distribution of internal post etc.
Responsible for the administration and implementation of support services procedures and processes for continuous service delivery to Capital/Planned/Decent Homes/Responsive and day to day tasks.
Responsible for the requisition of goods/services and compliance with Agresso guidelines, financial rules and regulations set by the Council which will assist with the effective budgetary control.
Coordinate responses to complaints and members' enquiries properly researching queries and providing empathetic responses consistent with Mary Gober standards.

£16.00-£19.00 per hour

Education:

Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)
