Utilize your Project & Change delivery experience in a newly created role, within our Commodities & Global Markets Finance Group.

This is a unique opportunity for you to leverage your experience or interest in Financial Markets to deliver regulatory andtransformation initiatives across the Group.

You will join the Commodities Markets Finance Change Management team, who are responsible for the governance and delivery of the Group-wide project portfolio.

As a Global Change champion, you will partner with our Commercial, Legal, Operational Risk, Technologyand other support functions to drive cross divisional change across the CMF gaining exposure to all parts of our global, multi-faceted business.

What impact will you have?

As a "hands-on" projects and change professional, the role will be focused on the delivery of CMF-wide initiatives and change management activities.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

Planning, organizing and leading strategic projects and change initiatives
Driving the accomplishment of all objectives and goals while maintaining the quality of project deliverables within the scheduled time frame
Preparation and presentation of governance materials (i.e. Steering Committees, Working Groups)
Maintain an open dialogue with global stakeholders with regular reporting of progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Identifying, communicating, and managing both dependencies and risks to delivery

What skills will you use?

To be successful in this role, you will bring with you prior experience managing projects and change initiatives, ideally within Financial Markets.

You will have a strong focus on delivery along with a willingness and flexibility to adapt your management styleto get the job done.

In addition to this, you will have strong stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to build strong, effective relationships and an ability to drive change and influence at all levels.

Other skills and experience may include:

Have a flexible, proactive, solutionoriented approach and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to demonstrate high levels of drive, innovation, attention to detail and a strong resilience and tenacity
Have the ability coordinate multiple assignments, work independently and be able to manage both technical and process change
Exposure to financial or commodity trading businesses and products or experience managing technology change initiatives is an advantage
