Technical Support Executive
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Technical Support Executive to join our client based in Ascot.
The successful Technical Support Executive will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership of customer technical queries
  • Assisting in maintaining cyber security on the IT estate of the company
  • Liaising with the UK engineering team, manufacturer's support team and internal team where necessary
  • Distribution internally of the latest documentation that is released by Japan and supporting the CEC technological requirements
  • Providing online product health checks for customers

The Technical Support Executive will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player attitude, willing to work closely to ensure the best level of service is provided
  • Strong attention to detail and record keeping
  • A keen interest in technology
