  • Recruiter This hybrid role with a specialist insurance firm will coordinate the client relationship, London market ECF activities, data management, documentation, and treasury activities for a set of clients/regional accounts. This exciting role will be based within the Finance department at the London headquarters and will be reporting to the Credit Control Manager.

Please Note:
The Client has asked for previous experince in the insurance/sydicate area of accounts

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Active participation in the hybrid working model.
  • Statement rendering & reconciliation
  • End to End ECF activities
  • Contribution of the periodic revenue targets
  • Data reconciliation
  • Adhering to strict market/client requirements
  • Contribution to regional tax, legal and compliance requirements
  • Multicurrency reconciliation & reporting
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Full understanding of best cash management process. i.e. reconcile settlements, allocate and query undocumented settlement within SLA/KPI
  • Fee fund & Loss fund settlement reconciliation
  • Comprehensive understanding of periodic aged debtors report
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels, communicates effectively, build trust and influence stakeholders.

About you - Knowledge and Experience:

  • ECF / Bottom Line /Gemini
  • Intermediate level of MS Excel
  • Good planning and organisational skills towards the key deliverables
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Willingness to support colleagues and offer help
  • Responsiveness to change and change management
  • Negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Ability to motivate and set objectives
  • Good training and coaching capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A cheerful outlook and an initiativetaking approach to solving problems
