The role
A full-time position as an integral part of RPC's Brand, Clients & Markets (BCM) team, this role will ensure the efficient running and improvement of day-to-day processes which drive activity to help deliver an efficient and responsive service to internal clients

The central Marketing Communications team is led by RPC's Head of Marketing Communications (Caroline Copland) and forms part of the BCM team (jointly led by Director of BCM, Ed FitzGerald and Director of Client Services, Sam Watson).

Internationally the team comprises c. 60 professionals.


Responsibilities are likely to include:


A typical, but non-exhaustive, list of responsibilities includes:

  • Scheduling regular and ad hoc meetings for BCM team members.
  • Coordinating the production, collation, and circulation of meeting materials (including agendas, reports, papers and presentations).
  • Attending meetings, as appropriate, taking notes, and following up with action items.
  • Working with our outsourced travel agency to secure prompt and costeffective travel arrangements for BCM team members.
  • Keeping BCM pages on intranet up to date
  • Support on the administration of specific business development projects and campaigns.
  • Occasional administrative support on large client pitches (e.g. collating and formatting lawyer bios etc), and major events
  • Support on collection of data for purposes of reporting internally.
  • Invoice processing process
  • Central credit card management
  • Client meeting preparation
  • Internal newjoiner photo process
  • Promotional goods process researching branded goods and ordering items as required managing relationship with supplier, stock and keeping up to date records

  • Proven ability to meet competing demands and deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel

  • Good at team working
  • Ability not to take life too seriously

Working pattern:


  • Monday
  • Friday, with flexibility to start early or finish late as required.
  • While this is a Bristol based or remote working position there may be the rare occasion when it is required to come into the London office for teambuilding activity. In this situation you would be reimbursed for travel expenses
