Description

The School of Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Computer Science is looking to recruit a Student Experience Administrative Assistant on a permanent basis.

You will have responsibility for a discrete area of administration work and will also provide day to day support to staff, students and colleagues within the School.

Reporting formally to one of the two Student Experience Team Leaders, you will be responsible on a daily basis to the Student Experience Co-ordinators and Administrators.

You will be an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who is looking for an opportunity to deliver a high-quality, optimal service to our students and academic staff.

The Student Experience Team consists of two sub-teams within the School: the Enhancement and Support Taskforce (EaST) and the Start to Award Registry (StAR).

These interlink very closely to ensure that EEECS students receive the best possible support, relevant information and guidance throughout their University of Liverpool journey.

This is a busy, varied and important role requiring attention to detail. You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and take pride in providing a service that exceeds expectations.

You will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including English. You will also have a Relevant IT qualification (or demonstrable experience with IT).

We would encourage you to demonstrate and provide examples on a supporting statement how your experience, knowledge and skills relate to each of the essential/desirable criteria outlined in the person specification for this role.
