This position is for an Administrator in the Secretarial & Business Support department of a not for profit organisation based in Chichester.

It is a permanent role where the individual will be responsible for administrative tasks, interacting with team members, and helping the organisation function smoothly.


The role of Administrator:


  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
  • Assist in organising meetings and events
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
