We are working with an award-winning global communications consultancy who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on 6 month FTC part time basis (20 hours per week).


Main responsibilities:

  • Provide an effective credit control service and ensure the aged debt is kept within agreed company guidelines
  • Chase overdue invoices by telephone and keeping records of all contact with customers on CRM system
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required
  • To deal with client queries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Credit checking and setting up of new accounts;

The person:

  • Ideally you will have at least 12 months previous experience of credit control, ideally gained within the creative or marketing industry;
  • Previous exposure to Maconomy is desirable;
