About the role:


We are looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join our car parking call centre team to cover our busy summer period between March and October 2023.


This role involves handling inbound customer calls for sales and booking of car parking products, and recording customer feedback and trends.


Who we are looking for:

Applicants should possess sound computer skills coupled with a reasonable working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.


Applicants must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a flexible 'can do' attitude towards work.


We are looking for applicants who have a previous sales or customer service background with call centre experience, although this is not essential, as training will be provided for applicants who possess the necessary enthusiasm, skills and attitude.


Final call for a Seasonal Sales Coordinator:

This post requires access through the Critical Part at the Airport and therefore in line with Department for Transport regulations; you will be required to demonstrate during the recruitment process, that you have no relevant criminal record.
