Description
Our client is a well-established and growing business with impressive offices near Thame. They have a new permanent requirement within their business for an Office Assistant.

Reporting into the HR & Facilities Managers, the main responsibilities will be:

  • Providing support to CTO, HR and Facilities including maintaining calendars, coordinating external and internal meetings, preparation of correspondence and reports, and maintaining all records.
  • Executing administrative aspects of strategic planning process and meetings, assuring all printed materials up to date.
  • Assistance with filing of records.
  • Coordinate meetings and ancillary arrangements.
  • Managing administrative details for office including phones, office equipment, supplies, and files.
  • Stationery ordering, checking & logging deliveries, rotation & delivery to ensure all departments are fully stocked including essential distribution zebra labels & ribbons.
  • Ordering and distribution of staff uniform.
  • Establishing office procedures and controls expenses related to office activities.
  • Assisting senior staff members with reports, projects, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assisting with booking and recording of Learning and Development.
  • Drawing up flow charts and explanation documents for new processes.
  • Assisting HR Dept with projects.


On offer is a salary of 25-30k, good benefits, as well as some flexibility on working hours (full or part time).
