Are you an experienced Office Manager? Are you available in the new year?
Element Recruitment are proud to be working with a charity based in central Bristol, who are looking for an Office Manager, to join their team on a temporary basis.
Pay:
£ per hour
Location:
Central Bristol
You will be:
- Liaising with clients to ensure the upkeep of the office
- Experience of providing PA support at senior management level
- Supporting the HR team by issuing contracts, liaising with clients, and obtaining references
- Supporting the effective running of the organisation
- General adhoc admin tasks
You will have:
- Experience providing support to senior management.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective and efficient systems and procedures.
- Experience of general IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and experience of HR and recruitment.
- The ability to prioritise and work to a schedule.
- Excellent communication skills.
