Job Title:
Executive PA to CEO


Location:
Hove, East Sussex


Salary:
£33,000 - £35,000 per annum


Full Time:
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm


Our client is a financial services company offering a unique and exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing company, who are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual for the position of Executive Assistant.

The main aim of the roleis to provide organisational support to the CEO of the Company.


Responsibilities

  • Running director's diary and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Being the first point of contact for other departments; filtering requests and feeding back to relevant persons.
  • Taking accurate and detailed minutes at directors' meetings
  • Overseeing projects as set by the director
  • Personal ad hoc tasks as requested
  • Keeping track of directors' expenses and submitting monthly reports
  • Preparing presentations with PowerPoint

Requirements:


  • Minimum two years executive assistant experience
  • Working knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook
  • Good organisational skills
  • Passionate and energetic
  • Strong work ethic, highly selfmotivated, with proven ability to act autonomously in daytoday activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
  • Strong followup skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional and diplomatic demeanour with an emphasis on composure, flexibility, and discretion
