We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.As a Customer Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Duties:
- Provide product information and recommendations to customer
- Up sell additional products or services to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer service
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Salary:
From £23,974.00 per year
