Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor.

We work in partnership with our customers to develop and deliver better services for everyone. Property Services at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe home.


As a Customer Services Advisor you will be working within the property services function to provide a first point of contact predominately relating to responsive repairs.


Responsibilities

  • Handle all enquiries regarding repairs, including raising and booking the appropriate trades to carry out the works required and referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams.
  • Work closely with schedulers and other teams.
  • Maximise the use of all information technology, specifically the CMS (Contract Management System) to maintain accurate up to date records at all times.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Customer Service background
  • Repairs Maintenance Call Centre background
  • Excellent communication and listening skills (tolerance and empathy, attentiveness, use of positive language and ability to build relationship)
  • Proficient use of CRM systems and MS Office packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to change and work in a highpowered environment
  • Need to be motivated and have good organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have customer facing experience and excellent administrative skills
