Key Accountabilities

Undertake and manage claims input within agreed timescales

Daily monitoring of ECF activity and reporting to relevant claims team members

With support obtain, correlate, and update claims statistics from clients Correspond with underwriters on claims statistics and updates in an agreed timely manner
