Social Staffing is a leading recruitment agency, specialising in filling adhoc shifts and providing temporary and permanent placements in the social care industry for both public and private sectors.

Social Staffing are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a Supported Living Co Ordinator.

Experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs is essential so you understand the requirements in the job role and able to fully build relationships

In this role you will be in the senior team across the site to ensure well coordinated service provision.

To lead, coordinate and supervise teams of support workers throughout the properties to achieve the highest standards of practice, customer care and positive outcomes.

In addition, you will be expected to carry out direct support with service users, work professionally alongside the multi disciplinary team and work closely win liaison with families and carers.


Salary:
From £22,850.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
