Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking new Community Connectors who are able to build relationships with people and support patients to access a wide range of community services and resources including social care, housing, family, debt and employment counselling that support maintaining good health and wellbeing.

The Team Lead will additionally need management, partnership working and reporting skills.


These role provides a real opportunity to develop your skills in working with people, working in the mental health charity sector, and problem-solving.
