The Role:

  • Joining our Transformation and Business team you'll have a real opportunity to make a positive difference to peoples' lives in Hampshire.
  • Our small team supports both People and Digital initiatives along with the data analysis and reporting in those areas. We work collaboratively alongside our System Support team on assignments to ensure a timely and effective response to the demands of business intelligence and support.
  • You'll research and provide information, data, reports and presentations to support the management team in providing analysis on the operation of both Older Adults and Younger Adults services. Working with the wider Systems Support Officers team, you'll deliver support on new and ongoing Digital / HR project and solutions.
  • In this multi-faceted role you'll be organised and work to changing priorities depending on the service and management requirements, as your day will be varied depending on current projects and business needs. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you'll be confident managing your own work to deadlines and balancing conflicting demands.
  • Using your strong verbal and written communication skills you'll communicate at all levels in order to facilitate information sharing and gathering in a supportive and effective manner.

Travel Requirements:


  • You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire, and it is essential that you have a current drivers' licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis
