DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for all FM activities during the Campaign including FM scaffolders
  • Required to review & survey FM anomalies and assist in planning scope of work
  • Responsible to ensure QAQC requirements are met
  • Ensure safety is top priority and all HSE expectations are met
  • Manage Campaign to complete scopes on time and in budget
  • Plant/Equipment & Material control
  • Complete Timesheets, Daily Reports & Trackers and various reports.
  • Management of campaign personnel
  • Follow and adhere to company and client processes and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • AMPP/ICORR LV2 Coatings inspector minimum
  • Experienced in all aspects of Fabric Maintenance (Coatings, PFP & insulation)
  • Supervisory/Campaign experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Bilfinger BMS
  • OGUK Medical, BOSIET / FOET, MIST and CA EBS qualified
  • Familiar with access requirements (Conventional/system scaffold, Rope access)
  • IT literate, successful applicant must be proficient in excel to aid planning and carrying out detailed surveys.
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Client focussed driven to produce high quality work
  • Excellent leadership skills and a team player, leads by example in everyday conduct
  • Proactive and an effective communicator
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Chartek/PFP trained (desirable)
  • Rope Access Background (desirable)
