Business Development Manager (Hybrid)


Location:
Doncaster


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm


Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 plus commission

Your future employer is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing team in Doncaster. You will be joining a vibrant & friendly sales team.

Our client is modern, innovative waste management/disposal company who cater to all industry sectors, with nationwide coverage.


This would be a hybrid role, combining time in the office with working from home along with face to face meetings which will form part of your responsibility.


About the Business Development Manager role:

  • Your role will be to prospect and win new business by offering bespoke services, including one point of call for all customer requirements and match their needs effectively. (B2B)
  • Sourcing and developing a portfolio of new and existing clients that complement and strengthen our client's position within the market.

The successful Business Development Management will have:

  • A Corporate and professional manner, with excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Patient & methodical
  • Highly organised both in written and verbal communications
  • Solution orientated incorporating creative and innovative ideas
  • Has the confidence & ability to negotiate effectively, and to close deals
  • Remain calm under pressure and able to meet strict deadlines
  • An ambitious individual who wants to build a career & progress
  • Extremely selfmotivated
  • Passion for selling a service
