In house Talent Acquistion / Recruitment Coordinator to work with the Experienced Talent Acquisition team in EMEA to provide end to end support to the recruitment process, including but not limited to: workday administration, CV screening/sourcing, employmentcontract production, supporting the on-boarding of new joiners and ad hoc support to the team.

This position will also offer the opportunity to manage a small number of live requisitions for sourcing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the coordination of complex interview schedules across multiple time zones
  • Assisting with advertising of open positions using a variety of sources appropriate to the role in to further promote and support our DE&I initiatives that relate to hiring.
  • Partner with HR team/Shared Services team help communicate and facilitate the onboarding process
  • Maintain detailed documentation on all recruiting processes
  • Inputting data into the Workday system to ensure effectiveness of our recruitment efforts is tracked properly
  • Weekly and monthly reporting, using workday and ad hoc requests for data.
  • Help refine our recruiting process and contribute ideas on how we can be more efficient as we scale

Qualifications:


  • Previous recruitment/ HR coordination experience
  • Proven talent to work well under pressure in a demanding and fast paced professional environment
  • Capacity to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
  • Flexible selfmotivated team player
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask/prioritize workload
  • Show initiative and ability to exercise independent judgment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
