Description:

Responsibilities include:

Speaking with customers on inbound and outbound lines to discuss their memberships and missed payments
Ensuring the system is accurately updated after each call
Discussing debt with customers and setting up payment plans and direct debits
Processing payments
Ensure the company bad debt policy is followed and reported accordingly
Delivering excellent service and supporting customers by showing empathy during difficult times
Achieve individual and team KPI's
Liaise and communicate with the relevant departments regarding the customer's journey

Skills required:

Proven experience working in a fast paced customer driven role ideally in a contact centre environment
Work well under pressure and towards targets
Resilient and confident negotiating with customers regarding their payments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using MO programmes
