They are committed to delivering exceptional services to their clients, and their DC Consulting team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and outstanding governance of Defined Contribution pension schemes.
As an Assistant Consultant in our DC Consulting team, you will work closely with colleagues and internal teams to provide top-quality consultancy support to our clients and trustees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality consultancy support to the DC Consulting team and its clients/trustees
- Assist senior colleagues in scheme transitions, employee communications, and drafting Chair statements
- Conduct research on topical issues and legislative changes affecting Defined Contribution arrangements
- Deliver presentations and share expertise within the company and with clients
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including actuarial, investment, administration, and support teams
- Maintain a clientfocused approach, demonstrating professional integrity in all interactions
- Contribute to business development efforts when required
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of Defined Contribution pension arrangements
- Willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as PMI or FCAapproved advisor qualifications (e.g., CII or equivalent)
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a clientfocused mindset
