Description

Processing monthly supplier invoices and payment runs;
Preparing quarterly customer recharge invoices;
Assisting the monthly management accounting preparation process by posting supplier and customer invoices;
Processing team expenses and preparing the monthly credit card reconciliation;
Preparation of quarterly accounts for SPVs;
Oversight of drawdown/distribution and quarterly reporting process run by administrators;
Assisting with the yearend audit process for SPVs and management company;
Updating internal portfolio management solution;
Dealing with investor queries and stakeholder reporting.

Skills

Partqualified accountant/studier.
Recent graduate with strong academics (2.1 or above from Top University)
Background in Private Equity or Third Party Fund Administration is essential.
Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
Exposure to accounting packages such as Sage and Quickbooks is beneficial.
