Full time (35 hours per week, working on a hybrid basis)
**Fixed Term (12 months)

We are looking for a Marketing & Student Recruitment Administrator within the Business School, to cover a maternity leave period.

This post is advertised as full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering flexible working patterns.

We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.


The Opportunity:

Each September we welcome more than 650 postgraduate students to the Business School.

This year we will be joined by students from over 70 different nationalities studying our 12 Masters and three MBA programmes.


The efforts of the team, including this role, are instrumental in delivering activity that raises awareness of our postgraduate degree programmes and enables us to meet our student recruitment targets.

We are looking for someone who can support the marketing and student recruitment efforts by providing wide ranging administrative and organisational support for the activities, projects, events and developmental work of the Student Recruitment & Marketing teams.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Relevant work experience
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, take initiative and find proactive solutions, contribute new ideas to projects, work unsupervised, under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and at ease when dealing with a wide range of stakeholders including prospective students from a wide range of countries, current students, and colleagues both professional services and academic. Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
