The Company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Events and Delivery Manager within a non profit organisation in Sheffield.

The Role
This is a full time, permanent role, based in Sheffield City Centre.

As the Events and Delivery Manager, you will be reporting into the Marketing and Hospitality Manager, and will assume responsibility for preparing and overseeing the delivery of all types of events held within the charity.

As well as this you will:

Produce and manage staff work schedules
Assist with the planning for and management of staffing for events
Coordinate, prepare and deliver hospitality events
Manage post events activity, including the accounting for staff hours
Review and prepare reports for senior management
Manage customer complaints

This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a similar capacity prior, as well as possessing:

Strong interpersonal and leadership and people management skills
Confident in the running of events
Excellent in multitasking
Flexible approach in working to event schedules
Confident in giving Strong and efficient communication with agency staff providers, wider hospitality staff and management
