About the Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to effectively administer and process written communication from customers, including orders, payments and queries, adhering to department, regulatory and quality procedures, standards and expectations.

Some of the things that you will be doing:


  • Processing and batching of mailed customer requirements, orders and transactions accurately:

Handling the processing and banking of cash and payments, accurately allocating to customer accounts:


  • Adhering to all quality and compliance standards and expectation

Who are we looking for?

We would love to hear from enthusiastic, confident people with previous admin experience, ideally from working in a busy customer orientated environment.
