- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales and business development, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Highly selfmotivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration for our Enterprise Architect solutions.
- 2. Identify and qualify prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- 3. Conduct indepth needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our Enterprise Architect solutions to key decisionmakers.
- 4. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
- 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell opportunities and promote customer retention.
- 6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions in the marketplace.
- 7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- 8. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
- 9. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.
- 10. Continuously assess and refine sales strategies based on performance metrics, market feedback, and industry best practices.
