Transport Planner

Job Requirements:

Must have transportation experience

Must be located in the Basildon area

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
General admin duties
Liaising with drivers
Willingness to be part of a team and work hard
You will take control of the dayto day planning of the fleet and drivers
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
Excellent customer service skills
Monday to Friday
7AM to 16:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Plan routes, meet with drivers, collect MVRs, and update customer on route delays/travails.

This includes but is not limited to:

-Assist customers.

- Transport planner experience is desirable, but not essential.

- Drive and determination to get things done, make things happen and continually look for better ways of doing things

- Time management, ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.

Salary:
From £15.00 per hour
