As part of our ongoing success and growth, we're now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

You will preferably have three or more years of Recruitment experience with a consistent track record of billing in excess of £100,000.

Previous Financial Servicesexposure is not essential, but you will need the recruitment experience to hit the ground running on live projects, and the professionalism and communication skills to maintain the above-and-beyond customer service and client care that Kind Consultancy isknown for.

Experience of running an interim desk would be advantageous as this is a hot desk with live contract opportunities to walk into so you need to have strong account management experience and the ability to bring on new clients using well-cultivatedbusiness development skills.

Our head office is in the West Midlands but we have members of the team working remotely and flexibly, and our client base includes organisations all over the world.
