Do you have experience as a Sheltered Housing Officer? Do you want to work with a team of experienced Housing Officers to help reduce homelessness within your community? I'm excited to be able to recruit for my client who are looking for an experienced ShelteredHousing officer to join their Independent Living team.

As part of the role, you will work with older and vulnerable residents and help them to live independently.


What we want from you

  • Experience working as a Sheltered Housing Officer/Manager ensuring blocks are monitored and repairs and issues are reported
  • Assisting tenants to settle into their new home and give advice and information on local facilities and available services

What are they looking for?

  • The Officer will be responsible for the regular inspections on blocks, carrying out health and safety checks to maintain the integrity of the building and safety of people within the blocks
  • To maintain regular contact with all tenants to monitor their wellbeing particularly those identified to be at risk and provide the appropriate support


If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you.

Management that are willing to help all case managers be the best they can possibly be along with a strong hourly rate.
