Senior Marketing & Communications Advisor

Permanent, Full Time

Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000

Location:
Denton, M34 2GP (flexible home/office working)

We are recruiting for a Senior Marketing & Communications Advisor for a large facilities management and construction organisation.

The Senior Marketing & Communications Advisor works closely with the MD and Senior Management Team to produce great communications focused on our key stakeholders, increasing the awareness of our people, our processes, our values, and our services across the two business streams of Facilities Management & Building Solutions.

This position requires discretion and judgement in managing partner and stakeholder relations as well as a flexible set of skills including marketing and communications skills, web page creation, events, copy writing and social media.

Excellent English writing skills
Proven experience within marketing and/or communications for a similar sized organisation
Produced high quality written communications
Worked closely with MD and director level personnel
Excellent attention to detail
CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) desirable
Producing and delivering the annual internal communications plan to improve employee engagement
Ensure that key business messages such as vision, mission and values are incorporated, as appropriate into all our messaging
Manage the design, structure and content for the intranet
Produce and coordinate electronic marketing collateral for internal and selected external communications
Organise and project manage biannual Business Updates and annual Management Conference
Produce and deliver a Digital and Social Media plan to increase the company's brand awareness
Manage all social media accounts, coordinate PR activity
Manage and maintain our website, working with our external web developer to ensure all information is up to date
Manage the marketing budget and support the Sales and Marketing Director in marketing and media tasks
