_Are you a intuitive teacher looking for more experience in a high performing secondary school in Reading? _

_Do you have experience planning and preparing for lessons across a range of abilities and age groups? _

This role is based in the Geography department where you will be planning for and then teaching a range of abilities and ages between 11 and 18yrs.

You will be expected to lead a form group of any year group and to keep safety and wellbeing of students asa priority.

This school sees very little in the form of challenging behaviour and staff and Ofsted has complimented the SLT on their management of this.

"Students are a delight to work with" and have "extremely positive and constructive" relationships with staff and peers. Expectations of staff are "unapologetically high" and are "committed to helping students realise their dreams". Therefore, the schoolachieves high levels of academic and personal success of students and of staff. This school has achieved Outstanding in all areas with inspectors stating that staff and leaders "highly ambitious curriculum for all pupils", where student's needs, and abilitiesare matched to the content "expertly". The school is supporting young people to become confident and articulate young adults, provided with the skills they need to open any door in their future. 59.85% of students have attained a score of 8 across their GCSEexams and 100% of students remain in education after KS4.
