Good office-based skills would be required; however, full training will be provided.Do you have excellent communications skills and a keen eye for detail?
Can you effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities?
Do you have experience of managing detailed complex information and maintaininga strong degree of confidentiality?
If you have said 'Yes' to each of the above, then we might just have the role for you.
You will need to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience and will also have excellent customer service skills and administration experience.
You will be joining a dedicated friendly team in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages.
Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage, as well as Minute Taking and Digital Audio Transcription, however not essential as training will be provided.
Reception cover is expected within this post and will required the post holder to be Office Based at those times.
