Description

Responsibilities:


  • Work with students who have been excluded or who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools.
  • Provide academic, emotional and behavioural support to students.
  • Develop and implement individual behaviour and support plans for students.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive appropriate support.
  • Attend and contribute to review meetings and other relevant meetings.
  • Liaise with parents and carers as necessary.

Requirements:


  • Experience working with vulnerable or disadvantaged young people, particularly those who have been excluded from mainstream schools.
  • Qualification in a relevant area (e.g. health and social care, psychology, social work, teaching assistant, learning support assistant).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for supporting young people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Job Types:

Salary:
£85.00-£95.00 per day
