Description

Responsibilities:

Work with students who have been excluded or who are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools.
Provide academic, emotional and behavioural support to students.
Develop and implement individual behaviour and support plans for students.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to ensure that students receive appropriate support.
Attend and contribute to review meetings and other relevant meetings.
Liaise with parents and carers as necessary.

Requirements:

Experience working with vulnerable or disadvantaged young people, particularly those who have been excluded from mainstream schools.
Qualification in a relevant area (e.g. health and social care, psychology, social work, teaching assistant, learning support assistant).
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Passion for supporting young people to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Salary:
£85.00-£95.00 per day
