CRO Developer

Remote (UK)

Up to £60,000 per annum

Our client, a leading Web Analytics consultancy, is currently undergoing significant growth and is looking to double their headcount in the next year.

As a result, they are seeking an experienced CRO Developer to join their team in a fully remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement optimization strategies for client websites
Collaborate with analysts and designers to deliver A/B and multivariate tests
Use Adobe Target and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to execute CRO campaigns
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar agencybased CRO Developer role
Strong knowledge of Adobe Target and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
