Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Band 3 Dental Receptionist to work within the Oxford Health NHS Trust on a temporary agency contact.

This roles will be based within the East Oxford Dental Clinic and will be on a 2/3 month contract.

Hours
hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Rates
£10.28 PAYE ( £12.50Ltd) paid weekly via an umbrella company.

Main Duties
To undergo administrative work and provide secretarial support to the Dental team.

This will include being the first point of contact for team/ department, which could involve duties such as:

Patient facing role:

Greeting patients:

taking calls, answering calls,:

filling/pulling pt notes:

writing letters:

-
banking:

-
ensuring paperwork is completed by patients medical histories and PR forms
