Leicestershire County Care Ltd has been successfully running Residential Care Homes within the Midlands area for over 10 years.

The foundation of this company is built on providing a safe and homely atmosphere where residents have the ability to live their lives in a nourishing and supportive environment which promotes their independence.

We are currently seeking Domestic Assistants for Lenthall House, Care Home.

Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Cleaning and maintaining resident rooms, public corridors and staff areas
Making beds by removing and replacing sheets and pillow cases
Cleaning floors by washing, vacuuming floors and deep clean.
Maintaining furnishings by dusting and polishing furniture
Maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, C.O.S.H.H regulations.
Reporting defects, damage and hazards to the management team
Be able to work individually and as part of a team
Offering visitors a friendly and professional welcome

Skills/Requirements:

A drive to maintain our customer service and standards

Flexibility to work to the requirements of the business
