We are currently recruiting a Stock Allocator who will be integral to driving high-level performance across the Lovehoney Group.

Your role will be to ensure all POs are placed and delivered for your category in a timely manner and that the information around these is maintained accurately, whilst maintaining the best communication with all relevant departments on stock availability and ordering.

What you will do:

Support the Category Merchandiser with the intake plan of stock globally, in line with agreed stock level KPIs.
Monitor the availability of stock for the category and generate weekly transfers between US and Canadian warehouses.
Place category purchase orders and monitor their delivery, flagging issues to the Category Merchandiser and Head of Merchandising.
Communicate with suppliers regarding purchase order acceptance, pricing issues, and underdeliveries.
Update category purchase orders with accurate units and pricing after Supplier PO acknowledgement.

What you should bring:

Proficient in Excel and spreadsheets with analytical capabilities.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with multiple priorities.
Experience in a fastgrowing company.
Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail to meet tight deadlines.
Strong problemsolving abilities and quick issue resolution skills.
